Bundles & Smart Bundles.
Bundles is a way for you to organize your bookmarks by grouping them into personally labeled categories.
You can create a bundle by:
- In your mobile: clicking the ‘+’ sign in the bundles tab bar
- In your web ‘My Stuff’: clicking on the ‘Create new bundle’ under Bundles in Bookmarks section of My Stuff (in My Stuff you can also easily edit and manage your bundles)
- In Landingpage: clicking ’Create new bundle’ under ’Choose a bundle’
Smart Bundles
Some bundles are created for you by default, such as ‘Latest Added’, ‘Unread’, ‘Unsorted’ and ‘All’. Each bookmark that you create, whether from your PC or your mobile, automatically appears in these bundles, to simplify the search for your bookmarks.
‘My Stuff’ is a view of the bookmarks you use the most. It can act as a front page (Home) when you launch Squace. You can also select any other bundle to be your personal home page (by going to Edit and mark the ‘Set as home page’ checkbox).
My Stuff — My Stuff is a smart bundle of your most used bookmarks. You will always find your most recently added bookmarks or used bookmarks displayed on the first screen.
Latest Added — Latest Added is a smart bundle, displaying bookmarks that you have recently added. These bookmarks are arranged by their creation date, showing the newest first.
Unread — Unread is a smart bundle, displaying bookmarks that you have added, but not yet opened.
Unsorted — Unsorted is a smart bundle, displaying bookmarks not yet added to any bundle.
All — All your bookmarks are stored in the smart bundle All.

How can I add a new bookmark?
There are different ways to add a bookmark:
- Press the ‘+’ in the tab bar, when inside a bundle or smart bundle (e.g. My Stuff)
- When browsing the web on your mobile, open the Menu>More and click on ‘Add to…’
- You can also add bookmarks via your computers browser, therefore install our browser bookmarklet: you can find instructions here in our Squace Labs
How can I remove a bookmark?
Open the action menu of the bookmark you want to remove and choose the option ‘Delete’.
This deletes the bookmark from your Squace account permanently. If you only want to remove the bookmark from a certain bundle, go to this bundle and choose the option ‘Remove’ from the bookmarks option menu. You can also open the edit form of this bookmark and deselect or select the bundle you want it to be in.
How can I find my latest added bookmarks?
There are several ways that help you find your bookmark:
- Open the option ‘Show unread’ in Menu>More or
- Go to the Smart bundle ‘Latest Added’ or
- Open Find from the tab bar and type one or more characters of the bookmark and you will be presented with it
How can I share a bookmark with my friends?
Open the option menu of this bookmark you want to share and press ‘Share’. Then you can send a Squace message, email or SMS to your friend with this bookmark.
