New features on your Squace web account

We have added many new features on the ‘My Stuff’ pages – log in on www.squace.com, to check it out. You can administer all your bookmarks and bundles, contacts and groups and your personal account.

Bookmarks & Bundles
In the Bookmarks section you see all your bookmarks listed. We provide you with the same features as on your phone: you can add, edit, delete and share a bookmark.

In the edit-mode you can change the title and URL, add tags, add your bookmark to a bundle and set it as private.

To help you find your bookmarks easily, you can change the sorting to a ‘latest added’ or an ascending or descending alphabetic order. Additionally, we included an easy-to-use Find-function, just type one or more characters of the bookmark you are looking for and the list adapts to your search query.

On the right side of the bookmarks section you can find your bundles. You can create, rename and delete them.

How can I add a bookmark to a bundle? Open the edit-mode of your bookmark. Next to ‘Bundles’ are all your bundles listed. Just click on the name of the bundle, you want to put your bookmark in. Then the bundle is highlighted in green, which means your bookmark is added to that bundle. (Don’t forget to press ‘Save’ to enable this setting.)

Contacts & Groups
In the Contacts section you can see all your contacts, you can add a new contact, edit and delete your contacts. In edit-mode you can change the name, email and phone number of your contact, additionally you can add up to three phone numbers and a note.

If your contact is a Squace user, you can see his or her profile in Squace by clicking on the ‘Show Squace profile’-button.

The same as bundles works for bookmarks, you have groups to organize your contacts. We added a new function in ‘Contacts’. Now you can add several contacts to one or more groups, just select the check box of your contacts and then click on Actions>Add to group(s) above your contacts list.

Account
In the Account section you can access and edit your Squace profile information, such as name, email and mobile number. Furthermore, you can upload a picture and add further information about yourself, e.g. your interests and location, to shape your personal Squace profile.

Here you can change your password as well.
